Deerfield Public Schools District 109 participates in an ongoing process of locating, identifying and evaluating children who show delays in:

• Cognitive Development
• Social, Emotional or Behavior Skills
• Speech Language
• Fine or Gross Motor Development
• Pre-Academic Skills
• Vision or Hearing

If your child is age three to five and you are unsure whether your child is meeting age appropriate developmental milestones and would like to participate in an early childhood screening – please contact District 109 to register and schedule an appointment.

Screening will take place on November 9, 2012 at 8:30 – 11:30am at:
