Masters Degree in Gifted Education preferred; graduate classes and completion of the ISBE Gifted Seminar; at least five years of successful experience as an elementary classroom teacher; experience differentiating instruction for academically advanced students; and success coaching elementary classroom teachers in the area of teaching academically gifted students.
