Creative Care Management

Everyone Needs A Little Help . . . Once in a While

A full service EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM is offered as a benefit to all District 109 employees.

What is the Employee Assistance Program?
  • When life isn't going your way, turn to your EAP.  An EAP counselor is available to help when you or your family member have a problem that cannot be solved alone. No problem is too small or too big. In fact, the earlier you deal with a problem, the faster you will resolve it.
  • EAP counselors are caring, qualified professionals with years of experience. All information is strictly confidential. No information can be released without your voluntary written consent.
  • It is a free and confidential service that offers assistance to employees and their family members who are experiencing some type of personal problem.
  • It provides professional guidance and assistance to help identify practical solutions to everyday problems.
  • Your sessions with the EAP counselor are covered by your District 109 insurance plan. Just call EAP to make an appointment to speak with a counselor. The EAP is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
