The District 109 Department of Human Resources was developed in 1999. The Department of Human Resources' goal is to plan, coordinate, and supervise the operations for the personnel services throughout the district.  The Department of Human Resources' mission is to enhance the morale of school district personnel, support the overall effectiveness of the school system, and maximize the opportunities and benefits available to each individual employee.
