SPECIAL LUNCH CHANGE

The Yummy Bowl special lunch scheduled for Wednesday, February 2^nd will be served on Friday, February 4^th instead.

KIPLING THEATER PRODUCTION TICKETS

Order your reserved tickets for “Jungle Book Kids” today!  Performances are Friday, February 11^th at 7:00 pm and Saturday, February 12^th at 10:30 am.  Tickets are $5.00 each.  Please place the attached order form, with a check enclosed (blue or black ink ONLY) payable to the “Kipling PTO”, in the box marked Theater Workshop in the school foyer NO later than Monday February 7th at Noon!  The tickets will be sent home with your oldest child Thursday Feb 10. KIPLING KIDS CARE WINTER CLOTHING DRIVE

Kipling Kids Care warm winter clothing drive is in progress.  Please bring any coats, hats, boots, or gloves to the box in the Kipling lobby.  Kipling Kids Care will then bring them to a local charity for those families in need.  Last Day for drop off is February 4^th.

DEERFIELD PARENT NETWORK SPEAKER

Barbara Coloroso, best-selling author and internationally-recognized expert on parenting and bullying issues, will address local educators and community members in a series of programs sponsored by the Deerfield Parent Network on Thursday, February 22, 2011.   Coloroso will present, The Bully, the Bullied and the Bystander, at 1:00 pm at the Highland Park High School auditorium.  Then, at 7:00 p.m., Coloroso will present Parenting with Wit and Wisdom at Deerfield High School’s auditorium.  Both community programs are open to all members of the community and are free of charge.
