THE KIPLING PTO NEEDS YOU IN 2012-13!We're looking for committee chairs for the upcoming school year and we need YOU! The open committee positions are listed on the attachment, along with a brief description of each committee's responsibilities. Please indicate which committee you're interested in by ranking them in order of preference, 1 being your strongest preference. You can include as many committees as you like. Menchies Playground Fundraiser!!!
Mark your calendar, Kipling is going to Menchies frozen yogurt in Highland Park. If you haven't been there yet, Menchies is a delicious self-serve frozen yogurt establishment that recently opened in Highland Park(1929 Sheridan Road). Kipling will receive 25 PERCENT of the business we bring in that day. This fundraiser will take place on Thursday, April 5th which is a half day of school! Menchies is open from 12-10pm. It's the perfect thing to do on a half day! Go in anytime that day. And Menchies is going to do a contest just like California Pizza Kitchen. Students will receive a flyer in their backpack that week that must be brought into Menchies for credit. Whichever class brings in the most flyers will have a Menchies party at school! The flyer is also attached.
