The President(s) preside at all PTO meetings both general and executive. They work closely with the PTO Vice Presidents to coordinate and oversee all the PTO committees and events. The Presidents also act as a liaison between the administration, staff and parents.
The Treasurer manages and disburses all PTO funds.
The Recording Secretary keeps an accurate and permanent record of the minutes of all PTO business meetings and distributes and publishes it to the membership at large.
The Vice President of Enhancement and the enhancement committees provide activities and materials which will help educate beyond reading, writing and arithmetic. The programs offered by our enhancement committees bring an added dimension to the school day, giving students another venue to learn new skills in a fun and educational way. Enhancement committees include:

The Vice President of Communications and the communications committees are responsible for creating and disseminating information about PTO programs and events through various types of media and advertising. The communications committees include:

The Vice President of Fundraising and the fundraising committee evaluate, coordinate, and oversee all existing and proposed fundraisers. These fundraisers help supplement the limited funds allocated to the school by the district and purchase valuable materials and services for the students. Committees include:

The Vice President of Services and the service committees coordinate and oversee programs and events that provide assistance in a wide variety of areas for the teachers, staff and families of Walden. The service committees include:
