If you have an issue with any technology in your classroom or office, including devices and other hardware, software, or connectivity, please submit an online tech service request.
The goal of the Technology Department is to respond to these tickets within 24 hours.
Resources for Students & Parents
Information about District procedures and the responsibilities and expectations of students and staff in the District’s technologically rich teaching and learning environment are included in the 1:1 Student Parent Handbook, which all students and parents must review each school year.

The Net56 Help Desk at (224) 836-0860 is available to staff 24/7. Students and parents who are having issues with their technology should contact the child’s teacher.
