• Maintenance Requests & Reserving Facility Spaces

    DPS 109 utilizes FMX to create & track work orders related to maintenance and Buildings & Grounds needs across the district. 

    Use this system if:

    • Something needs to be fixed in your classroom/workspace
    • Something is missing from your classroom/workspace that you need
    • You need something moved from your current workspace
    • Something is broken/not working in your current workspace
    • You want to use a shared space (like a conference room, library, gym, cafeteria, MPR) in your building
      • This includes before/after school and during school hours
