Strategic Plan: Define 109
In 2021, District 109 launched Define 109 to shape a new mission and vision for our District. More than 1,800 students, staff, families and community members shared their input through surveys, focus groups, and classroom activities. Their voices helped guide a diverse committee in crafting the District’s refreshed mission and vision in 2022.
