Shepard Physical Education is an integral component of the middle school curriculum, providing a unique contribution to students' emotional, social, intellectual, and physical development. Our program strives to develop students personal fitness and skill-related abilities by reinforcing concepts and motor skills through a variety of activities. We also aim at developing students' personal and social responsibility, self-management skills, and the ability to make informed decisions. Our goal is to enhance students' overall mentality toward living a healthy lifestyle.
