We have learned that some individuals are having some issues or are experiencing limitations with Zoom due to licensing. Last spring, the district bought us licenses to upgrade us from basic accounts. If you are still in a basic account, you do not have the full functionality of Zoom that the district is offering staff members. And we want to make sure you do! Therefore, please check your Zoom account by going through the following steps:
- Go to zoom.us
- Click on My Account in the upper right-hand corner and log in.
- In your Profile, check your User Type. You should see "Licensed" listed. (See below.) If it lists a Basic account with the option to upgrade, please fill out this form ASAP, so we can determine who needs licensing.
