ParentSquare for Families

1. Check your spam folder to see if any ParentSquare messages ended up there, and mark them as “Not Spam.” 
2. Add donotreply@parentsquare.com to your email contacts so your server recognizes our messages. 
3. If you still are not receiving emails, please contact support@parentsquare.com so they can assist you.

To update your email address or phone number, parents/guardians should call the main office of your child's school. You cannot update your contact information directly in ParentSquare. If you still need help, contact District 109 Data & Systems Manager Annette Maloney.

Yes! ParentSquare will automatically appear in the language set on a user's device, but you can also change the language.

Change your language on a web browser:

1. From Home, click your name at the top-right and select My Account.
2. On the left, select Language Settings.
3. Click the drop-down menu and select your language and click Save.

Change your language from the phone app:

1. From Home, tap the Menu (triple bars) on the top-left.
2. Select Account.
3. Select Preferences.
4. Select Language.
5. Scroll through the list and tap on your language.

Yes. Any guardian listed in Skyward with contact information will receive communications through ParentSquare.

This usually happens when different contact information is used for different students or districts. You can merge accounts inside ParentSquare or update your contact information in Skyward so it matches across schools.

If you are both a staff member and a parent/guardian in Deerfield 109, click on your name on the top right corner (web version) or switch account (in the app). There, you will be able to add your second account.

• Log in with your staff account using Google Single Sign On; and your parent/guardian account using the email address associated with your student in Skyward.
• Once both accounts are added, you can easily switch between accounts.
